Hillsdale Bank Bar B.Q. has been cooking up their award winning, all-natural sauce since the opening of the restaurant in 1989. "The Sauce," as it is appropriately titled, is still made in small batches, every week in the kitchen of their critically acclaimed restaurant. "The Sauce" is sweet, yet tangy, with a hint of spice. It is perfect for grilling, cooking and sautéing, any kind of meat or fish (including shrimp... shrimp sauteed in "The Sauce" is a special at our restaurant). It is also great on sandwiches and for dipping meat, veggies or French Fries!
