Baldies reached out to us and offered us a sample of Baldies BBQ Original Grilling Sauce and we are sure glad that they did! We cooked up some pork chops and rubbed them with a delicious BBQ rub and then at the end of the grill, we slathered on some bubbling hot Baldies BBQ Original Grilling Sauce. All of the sugar and spice combined under the heat and formed a glaze that was sweet and delicious! We have heard others have had great success putting Baldies BBQ Original Grilling Sauce on smoked ribs with a season rub. It is reported that the Baldies brothers have friends using the sauce on sliced smoked pork loin and find it delicious. Baldies BBQ Original Grilling Sauce is also a marinade, and it is suggested that you try marinating boneless skinless chicken breast for 1-2 hours or even overnight, then grilling. It is great on Portobello Mushroom caps as well. About Baldies BBQ From the time we were young, the Baldies brothers remember smelling the BBQ potpourri in our grandmother's and mother's kitchens. We always anticipated the delicious meal that would follow that smell. As with most true Southern cooks, our grandmother and mother would never give us the exact recipe. Over the years we have continuously attempted to recreate that same BBQ potpourri that we grew up with. After years of tweaking our recipe with other spices and flavors, we have created Baldies BBQ Sauce original. We have shared this sauce with friends and family members who suggested that we bottle and sell this sauce. So, here we are. We hope that our sauce can create the same delicious memories that is has and continues doing so for us.
